PLEASE READ BEFORE INSTALLING:
  1. Click the button to download the file "setup_rotator_en.exe".
  2. After downloading, do not execute the file, just move it to your desktop.
  3. Right click on the file and select "Run as administrator".
  4. Follow the installation wizard up until the end. Once the setup is done, go to your desktop and click on the icon "Rotator Study Modeler", with the right button of your mouse select "Run as administrator".
If there are problems with the installation:
  1. Make sure you are the Admin of your PC, otherwise please contact your network administrator so he/she performs the installation.
  2. Close all applications that are running on your PC and try again.
  3. Restart your computer and try to execute the software, remember to run it always as administrator.
  4. If errors still occur:
    • Select the SETUP EXE file with the right mouse button and click o PROPERTIES
    • Select the option EXECUTE AS ADMINISTRATOR
    • Select the tab COMPATIBILITY and check the option COMPATBLE WITH WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 3
    • Press OK and run the setup.exe again
    • Restart Windows. If problems still persist, it might be due to security restrictions on your PC. Call your systems support team so they do the installion for you.

  5. Make sure that Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word are installed on your PC, SPSS and Google Chrome are optionally required.
  6. Minimum monitor resolution 17'' or 1024 x 760 (Lower resolutions might prevent the complete visualization of the screens).
  7. Finally, ensure that the version number displayed on the software's "about..." menu is the same version displayed on the Web.
