All definitions that you have done, such as questions, instructions, choice options, skips logic, validation marks, etc., will also be applied for your Web Survey. Online surveys with Rotator can be applied using two modes: "FREE" and "RESTRICTED"

In this mode, anyone that has access to the survey's URL may answer it. Rotator uses the IP address to validate that only one person may answer the questionnaire. This mode is perfect for massive surveys to be applied in social networks or for those sent by e-mail.

In this mode, only people registered in a Data Base (Participants Base) may answer. In this scenario the software will prompt for an E-MAIL and PASSWORD (to be assigned by you) to guarantee that no other person may answer, other than the registered subject. The "restricted mode" is perfect for panel surveys, client satisfaction surveys, Intra organizations surveys, etc.

Once the survey is answered, go to the step "DATA" of the Activity 3 and select the option "Consolidate". In this way, all existing data in the cloud will be downloaded to your PC for its further processing and analysis. Additionally, if you want to analyze the crude data on the Web, the system provides an URL where you can get some basic charts and reports.
